A second unique feature is that the organization can use Chorda’s Risk Assessment tools to apply for insurance premium reductions for installation of Chorda systems, thereby defraying or covering completely the cost of installation. Since Chorda Early Resolution systems reduce the frequency of disputes, results are reflected in lower costs for indemnity and legal expenses, for which the organization can request reduced insurance premiums, or reduced self-insurance reserves (SIR).
