Case Convening and Administration
Chorda provides the following services for any party.

  1. Expert consultation on strategies for resolving cases using the Chorda Two-Track method of attorney representation, including mediation and arbitration if needed.
  2. Convening of a large volume of cases (contacting both sides, introducing the Chorda Two-Track method, arranging for mediation or arbitration if needed), including ongoing administration of cases, evaluation, and follow-up.
  3. “Just in time” orientation and training for all parties wishing to use the Chorda Two-Track method, available face-to-face or online through a Chorda Webinar.
  4. Reports that provide data for decision makers regarding number of days to close, expenses, and indemnity for use in pre-underwriting insurance evaluations.
