Bringing Parties to the Table
For many situations, a communication breakdown may make it hard to even speak with the other side.
In situations such as this, Chorda professionals will discuss the matter with you and, with your permission, contact the other side(s), expressing the interest of one or more parties to resolve the issue collaboratively, and convene the parties for discussions with a mediator, facilitator, or, in some cases, referral to arbitration.
Convening fees are based on a per-party charge, which varies according to the number of parties involved.
